How to register

Registration closed on 31 March 2010.

All presenters must register for the main conference.

Early registration ended on 7 March 2010. A late fee of USD 25 was charged from 8 March 2010.

Requests for visa

You may require a visa, entry clearance certificate or other official documentation to enter the UK in order to attend this conference. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct documents. If you have any questions about this, please contact the UK diplomatic representation in your country or visit the official British Government website for Visa Services. Neither University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations nor the Conference Organising Committee are able to arrange visas or other travel documents for you, or to advise on the requirements for entry to the UK.

Some visa applications may require an accompanying letter from the conference host. We will be happy to provide a letter stating the purpose and dates of the conference. If you need this letter, please contact LTRC2010@CambridgeESOL.org before registering and making payment. Cambridge ESOL is not responsible for any loss you may suffer if requests for letters or applications for visas are not made in good time before the conference, nor if visas are not granted.
