Queen Mary, University of London recognises Cambridge’s legal English certificate (9 December 2008)
The Cambridge International Legal English Certificate (ILEC) has been recognised by Queen Mary, University of London for entry purposes onto their LLM courses.
November 2008
UK Border Agency recognises Cambridge ESOL for TIER 2 of points-based system (27 November 2008)
The University of Cambridge ESOL examinations certificates have been accepted by the UK Border Agency and can be used as proof of English language ability under Tier 2 of the Points Based System (PBS) for immigration.
"Vietnam National University recognises Cambridge's PET and FCE"

Cambridge ESOL’s Preliminary English Test (PET) has been recognised by the Vietnam National University (VNU) in Hanoi as a benchmark of English language ability for all non-English majors.
"Greek civil service recognises BULATS " (6 November 2008)
As of October 2008, BULATS (Business Language Testing Service) is recognised by A.S.E.P (Supreme Council for Personnel Selection in Greece) as proof of knowledge of English at various levels.
