Get Adobe Reader Some of these documents are in PDF format - you will need Adobe Reader to open them. This can be downloaded free from the Adobe website.

Some of the downloads are ZIP files, which contain compressed PDFs and MP3s for quicker downloading. You need expanding software to open these - if your computer doesn't have a built-in unzipping program, there are many unzipping downloads available free on the internet.

To help teachers prepare students for the PET for Schools Speaking test, we are preparing a Speaking Test Preparation Pack for PET for Schools which will be published in July 2009.

To help you prepare your students, Worksheet 4 from the PET for Schools pack and the accompanying Teacher's Notes are available below to download, together with the candidate visuals and a video clip showing real students taking a Speaking test.
