Some of the downloads are ZIP files, which contain compressed PDFs and MP3s for quicker downloading. You need expanding software to open these - if your computer doesn't have a built-in unzipping program, there are many unzipping downloads available free on the internet.
Please note: you will need to have an audio player such as RealPlayer or Windows Media Player to play MP3 files. You can download RealPlayer for free.
