Task Description
What sort of material do candidates read?
- A longer business-related text, such as a newspaper or magazine article.
- Part 1 Section 3 covers Levels 1-3.
- Part 2 Section 5 covers Levels 3-5.
What do the candidates have to do?
- Candidates must choose the right answers to 6 multiple choice questions on each text.
- In Part 1 Section 3 each question has 3 options. In Part 2 Section 5 each question has 4 options.
What skill is being assessed?
- reading for gist and specific information
