Task Description
What do candidates have to do?
- In this task, candidates identify lines containing wrong words, and correct the errors. They also identify lines that are correct.
What sort of material do candidates read?
- The general and business press, company literature, letters, advertisements, books on topics such as management, etc.
- This task covers Levels 2-5.
What skill is being tested?
- knowledge and the ability to identify and correct errors – an aspect of proofreading.
