KET Reading and Writing Part 2

Task Description

This task tests vocabulary in the form of a three-option multiple-choice gap-fill.

What do candidates have to do?

There are six separate sentences (including an example) loosely linked by topic or story line, each with a gap. Candidates choose one of three words to best fill the gap.

What skill is being tested?

Candidates are being tested on their knowledge of vocabulary.
