KET Reading and Writing Part 8
Task Description
This is an information transfer task, where candidates have to
read one or two short input texts and then transfer some of the
information onto an output text.
What kind of input texts are they?
These are authentic in nature and may be notes, adverts, posters,
brochures etc.
What are the output texts like?
Candidates may be asked to complete a form, such as an order form
or a booking form, or alternatively a set of notes, a diary entry
or a notice.
How many questions are there?
There are five spaces to fill in. There is a worked example at
the beginning.
