Cambridge ESOL
More than two million people are now taking a University of Cambridge ESOL certificate in more than 130 countries each year.
In response to candidate demand and the increased collaboration with governments around the world, Cambridge ESOL now has offices in Argentina, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Spain, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Dr Mike Milanovic, Chief Executive of Cambridge ESOL, said: ‘The sheer value of English language skills internationally has created a thriving global demand for qualifications.
In this kind of environment,
the role of a not-for-profit organisation like Cambridge ESOL is to use its experience and expertise to act as a guardian of quality.
More than ever before there is a need for a “gold standard” of English language assessment for employers and educational institutions throughout the world. Our growing local operations in different regions of the world will help us better meet the particular needs of each country, providing support for governments, teachers and candidates.’
