Career planning with the Cambridge ESOL Teacher Portfolio
The Teacher Portfolio is Cambridge ESOL’s free online system that any teacher can use to record and document their career progress.
Once set up, you can log in securely to the Teacher Portfolio at any web-enabled computer, so it is accessible at home, work, or anywhere else you need to use it.
The Teacher Portfolio is a valuable way to make and keep a record of your achievements and qualifications and can be used as a powerful professional development tool.
The reflective diary enables you to create records of your thoughts and comments on your teaching experiences, which can be fed into the teaching action plan function. You can use the teaching action plan to set goals for your further development as a teacher, either your performance targets at work, or your personal goals such as achieving another qualification or taking on a new responsibility.
